Open Call for Mentees

WRAP TT is seeking ten (10) junior professionals between 21-35 years of age to be part of our 2023-2024 mentorship program. Good candidates will be accountable, coachable, respectful, and growth-minded. We are confident that this program will be an enriching experience for you as research shows that junior professionals who have mentors early in their careers better “develop leadership skills, increase self-confidence, improve emotional intelligence, and navigate gender-specific obstacles to career advancement.” (Kramer 2021).  Also, “25 percent of employees who participated in a mentoring program had a salary-grade change, compared to only 5 percent of the workers who did not participate.” (Kramer). With a mentor, you won’t have to go it alone.
